Miami Prep School will host it’s home opener on Wednesday Night when they take on Triple Threat Prep. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the home of Tornadoes, Dade Christian School, 6601 NW 167th Street, Hialeah, FL 33015.

Miami Prep will be led by 6-3 guard Petar Krivokapic, who averaged 26 points and four assists in the season opening tournament two weeks ago which earned him All-Tournament honors. Joining him on the All-Tournament team were 6-6 forward Norchard Omeir (who averaged 19 points and 15 rebounds) and 6-0 guard Alejandro Santiago (12 points and seven assists).

“We are looking forward to playing in front of our home crowd,” said Art “Pilin” Alvarez, president of Miami Prep, “It will also be a chance for the local parents to see their kids in action.”

This will be the first of two home games for the Tornadoes as they will play host to Triple Thread Prep next Wednesday night. In between those contests, Miami Prep will travel to All American Jamboree in Apopka, Fl. over the weekend.

Miami Prep will close out the month at home on Oct. 29 against Florida National and will have four road games in the time span.

Tickets will be $5 at the door.
